Always a pleasure doing business with Countryside. Countryside was called to service my working furnace on 1-18-24 to make sure it was good. Brian showed up that very same afternoon! He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He bothered to teach me a bit about my furnace, showed me 2 parts that were failing on my super old furnace and showed me why. Countryside was very efficient. I called on a Monday morning to have them come take a look at my AC unit due to it not working. They were able to come within an hour to assess the situation. My unit was very old and I needed a new one, they were able to come as soon as possible to install a new AC. They have good quality employees that were professional and responsive. Would recommend them anytime!

Great place to deal with and do business with. A great company that still does business on the basis of respect and a handshake. I never once got a feeling that I was just a paycheck for these folks like you get with some companies they truly care and take time to know your name. Bruce was a great pleasure to deal with! He brought me into his office and gave me a rough estimate when another over rated company in town refused to give me the time of day. Rebecca and Laurie in the office were very helpful and fun to talk to when stopping into the office. The install guys Brad and Lester were top notch very punctual and did a very professional job right down to the last detail. They had no problem explaining what was being done and why so I could have a good understanding on how my new system works and should operate. I originally had hot water heat with no duct work in the home and they installed the whole works. Very reasonable on price and was kept in the loop. Will hands down refer them to everyone I know and asks. Thank you very much to all of you guys!!!! I’m extremely happy with my new system!!!! Best crew ever!!!!
