My girlfriend and I just recently purchased our first home(so it’s all new to us) but the entire time on the phone with Ryan he made sure that I was comfortable and that he would get the situation taken care of. PSA: make sure your small children don't throw rocks in your exhaust pipes!Very thankful to CRH for coming out to my house 2 days in a row to inspect my short cycling furnace. After replacing 2 failing parts the furnace STILL wouldn't stay on. They poked around for a couple more hours, called for backup and the problem persisted.....turns out my toddler had stuffed a pipe-size rock into the exhaust, completely blocking the air.After all this time I was terrified of what the labor costs would be, but the service manager was super nice and said they would just charge the service call fee + parts & labor for the installed parts and did not charge labor for the hours they spent trying to diagnose the unusual problem. Thanks guys!

Very nice and informative service technician.Straight “shooter” type of person.Explained things in an easy to understand manner.Said things looked real good based on the age of the furnace but “x” part could last a year or multiple years, hard to say.Replaced a part for $85.Highly recommend!!!!!
