Josh was so very good. Both days he explained things to me that I could understand. He took his time, when he had questions he made phone calls to get someone else's advice. He got down to the bottom of my issue and fixed the problem. I would recommend countryside refrigeration and heating along with Josh to anyone.

Our technician was awesome. Very knowledgeable and made sure we were taken care of during our part replacement process.As a company, they had extremely prompt service from answering the phone, returning voice mails, ordering, and getting someone on site quickly. They even made sure if any parts were still under warranty they were covered. That's very important to me. I wouldn't have the slightest clue as the second owner of our house. I once had a car repair done that should have been under warranty and was told it's on the customer to know what's covered. Haven't been back there since.Here's to hoping I never see Countryside again for 20 years. 😉

Bryan and Becca Nash are local owners and take pride in running their successful business. With that, they hire the best and most professional staff. Their crew came in and installed a new furnace and AC unit. They cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend CRH for any of your HVAC needs.
