Our furnace cut out Sunday morning and we mistakenly called a different company who diagnosed the issue via photos (control board) only to tell us Monday morning that the part wouldn’t arrive until Wednesday. We called CRH and secured an appt with Josh between 12-2. Brenda called that Josh was available earlier at 10:30! At this point we were over 24 hours without heat, being yanked around by the other company, and rocking a chilly 58 in the house. Josh came and figured out immediately that it was NOT the control board and was a blown transformer. He got us up and running within the hour and before our scheduled day of time and well before Wednesday like the other company! Josh worked quickly, was professional, kind, took the time to explain the situation to me, and went out of his way! So grateful for quality companies that care about the community!

The team has been Awesome to work with. Zach had a very good product knowledge and was very professional. We installed a new furnace and will be doing the AC system in the Spring. We the install team arrived they were very courteous. My system also has a coil in the duct work. So, we had to do some modifications during install. The completely explain my options. I spent the last 25 years as the Chief Engineer for Mayo Clinic in Mankato Mn. I have a good eye for what a Great install looks like and these guys nailed it!!!!

We lost our heat at work. I called right away in the morning. The got the heater working a few hours later. They did a great job for us. We have them check our ac also and haven't had any problems. Great crew to work with.

Got a service call scheduled, Sam was the tech who cleaned our dryer vent which was clogged, reconnected the hose, etc and cleaned up after himself, he was knowledgeable and personable and on time and we felt very confident in his skill and that he did a good job. Would utilize Countryside in the future if needed.

Countryside was great to work with for the install of a new furnace. Questions answered, easy scheduling, friendly and professional. Zach was informative and helpful with questions and options for new furnace and AC. The duct cleaning crew and installers were all professional and had it completed in less than a full day.

Motor on furnace started making a terrible noise, and of course it was on the coldest night of the year so far. CRH came at 1am and got things working, thoroughly explained what the problem is and what the solution is. Incredibly happy with the service. I wish I could remember the techs name, regardless, he knew what he was doing, and did a great job.Update:Had all 3 motors on boiler furnace replaced. Very efficient install, was informed on progress throughout. Now my house is so quiet it's almost eerie. Very happy! Would definitely recommend CRH!!

In the early morning hours on Christmas Eve our furnace stopped working. As if a freezing house isn't bad enough, we had family visiting from down south who were by no means acclimated to our midwestern climate. I stopped into Countrysides North Mankato Location At 8am within 30 minutes Scott was at our home and quickly identified the primary problem. While investigating Scott also located an undersized capacitor that had had been robbing our system of amperage necessary to run properly. In the 7 years we have owned our home we have discussed replacing our furnace several times because it struggled to keep up and seemed to run constantly. Since having our furnace repaired by Countryside our home temperature has never been more comfortable. The charge for service was very reasonable especially considering that the repair was not scheduled and on Christmas Eve. Scott was knowledgeable, professional and efficient he left the repair area cleaner than it was when he arrived. The repair required a new blower motor and capacitor both of which Countryside had in stock! I work within the home repair industry and would definitely recommend the crew at Countryside to my friends and clients!

Kailey is a very nice girl and really seems to know furnaces in and out. I feel very confident on her ability to give my furnace the good seasonal once over. Every question I had was explained very nicely concerning the furnace and my outside AC unit. She’s worked on my furnace before and I was happy to see her again.

I called Countryside needing to make a decision whether to repair an existing aging furnace or to install a new one. I knew little to nothing of furnaces, however, Zak got me quickly up to speed. Amazingly prompt, efficient, and courteous, Zak prepared a printout of furnace choices appropriate to my home. Though I had an abundance of questions and much indecision, I was treated with respect and my concerns were addressed. As soon as my decision was made, Countryside was ready to install. The technicians were clearly knowledgeable, respectful, diversified in personality and were a fun, interesting group to interact with. They answered all questions and instructed me on the features of my new smart furnace. I love that they totally cleaned up after themselves. I found Countryside very relatable and flexible. And I am so happy with my new furnace!
