They came right on time, I didn’t have to wait for some four hour window or something. The entire process was maybe 20 minutes. She replaced a piece Quickly and efficiently. She saw the part with her at the time. We had been waiting until payday to get our air conditioner looked at because we were sure it was going to be really expensive. It was only $120!!! We also got it done the day before the 90° Saturday!

The Countryside Team just crushed it for us again showing up on short notice to make a safety sensitive fix to a ventilation issue in our home. Thanks, Ryan and team for the fair prices and piece of mind.

Everyone was so amazingly helpful! Our air conditioner went out over the weekend and they sent Kailey out to fix. She was fast to get here and get our air conditioner working again. We were so impressed with her! She even warned us about a couple things to watch out for in the future with our air conditioner so we could be prepared. If we have anything happen going forward we will be calling back because of the excellent service we got with Countryside. Thank you!!

Our AC didn’t seem to be keeping up the best so we gave Countryside a call. The gal on the phone was super nice and helpful and got us scheduled quickly. A technician was over 2 days later and was kind and knowledgeable and took care of maintenance on our AC and got it back up to speed! Countryside was great to work with and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend.

They were able to have someone come out the same day I called, within a few hours, for issues with our AC. Thankfully it was a simple problem/fix, and Brian had the part with him, so was able to make the fix right away. He also had good suggestions for keeping the mice/critters away, and even installed the FlexSeal tape I had on hand to seal off access to the wires.

I am delighted to share my review regarding the excellent service I just received from Countryside Refrigeration, and Heating . The professionals that were here, were excellent!! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and very respectful, taking time to answer all my questions and concerns They were very thorough. They checked up in the attic, checking my AC unit, and went outside to clean the unit and fan as well. They checked all the vents throughout the house and made sure everything was working well. They also checked my filter and made sure a clean one was in place. I highly recommend Countryside Refrigeration and heating if you want extremely thorough and excellent Service! Keep in mind, they take great care when answering questions and concerns. They even took their shoes off at the door! Amazing!!!!

Always a pleasure doing business with Countryside. Countryside was called to service my working furnace on 1-18-24 to make sure it was good. Brian showed up that very same afternoon! He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He bothered to teach me a bit about my furnace, showed me 2 parts that were failing on my super old furnace and showed me why. Kailey is a very nice girl and really seems to know furnaces in and out. I feel very confident on her ability to give my furnace the good seasonal once over. Every question I had was explained very nicely concerning the furnace and my outside AC unit. She’s worked on my furnace before and I was happy to see her again.

Even though I have Service Plus though Centerpoint, the problem with my AC Unit was not and never solved, it has been going on since they installed it. .
